Ramedar Goat Farm

काशी, सारनाथ और चंद्रावती (आठवें तीर्थंकर श्री चंद्रप्रभ भगवान का जन्म स्थान) के पास स्थित रमेदार बकरी फार्म वाराणसी जिले के चौबेपुर थाने के नारायणपुर गांव में स्थित है। जनवरी 2020 में स्थापित, रमेदार बकरी फार्म एक अभिनव बकरी पालन परियोजना है, जो पूरी तरह से एग्रीकाश द्वारा समर्थित है। फार्म का संचालन और प्रबंधन उद्यमी युवा किसान श्री रमेदार द्वारा किया जाता है, जिन्हें सेंट्रल इंस्टीट्यूट फॉर रिसर्च ऑन गोट्स (सीआईआरजी) में वैज्ञानिक बकरी पालन में प्रशिक्षित किया गया है। एक स्नातक और कंप्यूटर साक्षर, श्री रमेदार एक मेहनती और दूरदर्शी किसान हैं जो दृढ़ता और अखंडता में विश्वास करते हैं।रमेदार बकरी फार्म (आरबीएफ) दो प्रसिद्ध बकरी नस्लों पर अपना ध्यान केंद्रित करता है - जमुनापारी नस्ल और ब्लैक बंगाल नस्ल। जमुनापारी बकरी की नस्ल बकरी की नस्लों में सबसे ऊँची  प्रजाति है और अक्सर सुंदर सफेद कोट वाली होती है। जमुनापारी बकरी एक अच्छी दूध देने वाली बकरी है। इसका प्राकृतिक भौगोलिक भू-भाग पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश में है। दूसरी ओर, ब्लैक बंगाल नस्ल भारत में बकरी की सबसे छोटी नस्लों में से एक है और आमतौर पर काले रंग के उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले कोट के लिए जानी जाती है। ब्लैक बंगाल अपने उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले चीवन के लिए प्रसिद्ध है। यह नस्ल भारत के पूर्वी क्षेत्रों की विशिष्ट है। आरबीएफ इस प्रकार भारत की दो विशिष्ट और प्रसिद्ध बकरी नस्लों का लौकिक संगम है।RBF ने प्रशिक्षण के बाद CIRG से मिली सिर्फ दो बकरियों से शुरुआत की, अब 30 से अधिक बकरियों का मालिक है और बहुत जल्द पचहत्तर बकरियां रखने की दिशा में खुद को आगे बढ़ा रहा है। दिसंबर 2020 में श्री रमेदार के उद्यम की विधिवत सराहना हुई जब उन्हें वाराणसी जिले में किसान सम्मान पुरस्कार के पशुपालन खंड में द्वितीय स्थान प्रदान किया गया। दूरदर्शन ने भी श्री रमेदार के परिश्रम को स्वीकार किया है और उनके उद्यम पर केंद्रित एक कार्यक्रम (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WB9Xi2GExdE) प्रसारित किया है। निरंतर बढ़ते हुए अपने क्षेत्र के स्थापित बकरी उद्यम बनने के RBFके अभियान का अग्रिकाश तहे दिल से स्वागत करता है।Placed close to Kaashi, Sarnath and Chandravati (the birth place of 8th Teerthankar Shri ChandraprabhBhagwan), Ramedar Bakari Farm is located in the Narayanpur village, in Choubepur Thana of Varanasi district. Established in January 2020, Ramedar Bakari Farm is an innovative goat farming project fully supported by Agrikaash. The farm is run and managed by enterprising young farmer Shri Ramedar who has been trained in scientific goat farming at Central Institute for Research on Goats (CIRG). A graduate and computer literate, Shri Ramedar is a hardworking and forward-looking farmer who believes in perseverance and integrity.Ramedar Bakari Farm (RBF) has its focus on two famous goat breeds – the Jamunapari breed and the Black Bengal breed. The Jamunapari goat breed is the tallest of goat breeds and is often with beautiful white coat. Jamunapari goat is a good milk producing goat. Its natural geographic terrain is inWestern UP. On the other hand,Black Bengal breed is one of the smallest of goat breeds in India and is known for its high-quality coat generally of black colour.Black Bengal is famous for its high-quality chevon. This breed is typical of eastern regions of India. RBF is thus the proverbial confluence of two distinct and well-known goat breeds of India.RBF started with just two goats got from CIRG after the training, now owns more than 30 goats and is driving itself towards having seventy-five goats very soon. The enterprise of Shri Ramedar was duly appreciated in December 2020 when he was awarded the second place in animal husbandry section of the Kisan Samman Awards in Varanasi district. UDeS Honey Farm
